Company history:
DRS Data Response Security had formed its origins in the mid-1990s, then known as RRS, and transcended the initial growth period into the revitalised and technology-driven company that it presently is.
Over the previous 21 years the company had constantly undergone changes, adapting to the ever-growing challenges facing the security concerns of their client base. During 2011 the decision was reached to institute a total brand makeover and bring the company in line with state-of-the-art technology and creative principles that would accomplish delivering unsurpassed customer service and subsequently provide profitable and sustainable future growth.
The wealth of experience gained from RRS was absorbed into DRS and provided the new company the solid foundation and head start from which they could now improve upon. Technological progress in the industry gave DRS the opportunity to implement major changes in the security provision for their existing and future clients. To coincide with these technical advancements, DRS took the initiative to simultaneously revitalise their entire corporate image as well as their internal structures — creating a platform for a fresh and vibrant energy to emerge from within the company.
This bold move placed DRS at the forefront of safety and security within its market region. Daily, DRS responds to thousands of calls, yet with each day new understandings, experiences and technologies are fed back — cultivating a climate for continual improvement.
